The Self Renewal Group was founded by Mitch McCrimmon, Ph.D. in 1994, originally in England. On larger projects we make use of highly experienced associate consultants.
Our main focus is executive assessment and coaching, with a particular expertise in the design of assessment centers. We conduct assessments for selection, succession planning and development.
We also use assessment center exercises such as case studies and role plays for some senior level individual assessments.
The firm is based in the Toronto, Canada area.
